Cardiac Care at Gadsden Regional Medical Center focuses on the functions and disorders of the heart and its connected circulatory system. The Heart Center at Gadsden Regional Medical Center performed the first open heart surgery in Etowah County more than 20 years ago, and since that time, has provided cardiovascular disease care to the Gadsden community. Our board-certified cardiologists, vascular and thoracic surgeons, and certified registered nurses and technologists care for your heart, every step of the way.
Gadsden Regional Medical Center is an accredited Chest Pain Center. This designation is awarded by the Society of Chest Pain Centers, a national organization that sets rigorous standards for participating facilities and promotes continual improvement in chest pain care.
